Flamingo Estate Morita Chile Honey

We’ve taken our raw, unfiltered, antioxidant-rich Wildflower honey and infused it with the power of the iconic Morita Chile. Our bees forage on native California Wildflowers, imbuing the honey with powerful, healing plant compounds. Morita Peppers are fully ripened Jalapeños that are dehydrated and then smoked. They contain Iron, Thiamine, Niacin, Magnesium, Riboflavin and Vitamins A, B, and C, and get your heart pumping and senses stirring. 

This honey was harvested in Southern California using ethical practices. A diverse ecosystem makes for happier bees and tastier honey, and the local mountain wildflowers, trees, and shrubs offer variety-rich forage. The Morita Peppers are grown using organic practices that help to sequester carbon from the atmosphere and protect our fragile watershed.
