We’re Cliff and Natalie Whearley, the husband and wife duo behind Whearley & Co. Our expertise in real estate, curating a home, and crafting exceptional client experiences have helped us realize a few simple truths. Here’s what we believe:
Your home isn’t just a place. It’s a feeling — one that can evolve and take shape as your life demands it. Sometimes, it can be as simple as rearranging your furniture or applying a fresh coat of paint. Other times, you may need to find a new nest altogether. With integrity, ease, and the kind of warmth you’d expect from an old friend, we’ll be here to help you do both.
On a given day, you can find us tucked within our Redwood City homewares shop serving our clients wherever they are in their journey to build a thoughtful home. There’s a good chance you’ll find Cliff consulting with clients on their next Bay Area home purchase while Natalie curates our selection of handcrafted, small batch goods and furnishings. A balance between honoring the past and modern design, our work together is rooted in the belief that home can be found wherever you are.

Natalie Whearley
Natalie is a Creative Director and curates the collections of homewares and vintage pieces for Whearley & Co.
Inspired by the rugged beauty of Northern California and road trips through the European countryside, she seeks to honor beauty, slowness, and the moments that make us feel human. Known for blending texture, natural materials, and clean lines, Natalie creates timeless and down to earth spaces for each of our real estate listings and personal projects. She believes in helping others find their style and voice when it comes to creating their own space and hopes they feel empowered to continue adding to the design of their home as it evolves over time.
Natalie brings experience in creative direction and design thinking from her career at the Stanford d.school, as well as her background in photography, which gives her a unique approach to seeing and documenting a space. Her photography work has been published in books by Wiley & Sons, Dutton, and Harper Business and featured online by Lonny Magazine, Parachute Home, Style Me Pretty, Studio McGee and more.

Cliff Whearley
Cliff is the broker and lead realtor at Whearley & Co. Real Estate and has closed more than $200 million dollars in sales. As a lifetime resident of Silicon Valley, Cliff has an intimate and extensive knowledge of the communities in the area and how the market changes from city to city, block by block.
When it comes to buying or selling a home, Cliff’s top priority is to ensure his clients feel comfortable and confident.
